Our program is built on shared growth, rigorous thinking, and mutual respect. This Code of Conduct is our collective agreement to uphold the integrity of the space we’re creating together.

All content (videos, prompts, exercises) is protected — do not share, reproduce, or reuse externally

Your written reflections and module responses must be your own — no plagiarism, no copy-paste AI generation without editing

If you reference another’s idea, attribute it mindfully

Use AI tools (like GPT) as partners, not proxies — insight over automation
🛠️ Workstation + Tool Use

The exercise workstation is a sacred space — commit to completing your reflections, not skipping ahead

AI is welcome for brainstorming, but you must review and refine outputs

Save your work regularly and report any glitches — your growth is tracked through completion, not perfection
⏳ Time Integrity & Participation

Show up for yourself — complete modules in order, on time, and with focus

Silent spectating isn’t leadership. Engage at least weekly in forums, prompts, or reflections

Missed a week? Own it and catch up, don’t ghost

This is a “no judgment, no excuses, full accountability” zone
🔐 Trust, Safety & Boundaries

Respect confidentiality — cohort discussions are not content fodder for blogs or podcasts

If someone violates your trust, report it privately — you’ll be heard

Use inclusive language and avoid political, religious, or personal attacks

We protect each other’s IP, energy, and humanity
