Podcast Release Agreement
This is the podcast release agreement for all guests in one or more of our programs:
- Own Your Story
- Brave New Human
- Break A Leg
When scheduling a recording timeslot, you agree upon this agreement.
English Version
The above named Guest does hereby consent to the recording and distribution of reproduction(s) of the Guest's voice, image and performance as part of the media program entitled OWN YOUR STORY /BRAVE NEW HUMAN/BREAK A LEG (working title) (herein referred to as the "Program").
+ Guest does hereby acknowledge that ianka fleerackers (“Podcaster”) is the sole owner of all rights in and to the Program, and the recording(s) thereof, for all purposes; and that Podcaster has the unfettered right, among other things, to use, exploit and distribute the Program, and Guest’s performance as embodied therein, together with guest's name, sobriquet, biographical sketch, photograph or likeness (including, without limitation, any photographs or other material provided to Producer by Guest ), in any and all media or formats, throughout the world, in perpetuity. Any materials prepared in the course of the production and distribution of the Program (“Materials”) become property of Podcaster, and Podcaster shall have the sole and exclusive right to use, exploit and distribute such Materials, throughout the world, in perpetuity.
+ Nothing contained in this Podcast Guest Release shall be construed to obligate Podcaster to use or exploit any of the rights granted or acquired by Podcaster, or to make, sell, license, distribute or otherwise exploit the Program or Materials whatsoever.
+ Guest understands and agrees that he/she shall receive no compensation for appearances on and participation in the Program.
+ Guest's name, likeness and photograph may be used in connection with the Program, and in advertising and promotional material for the Program.
+ Guest hereby releases and discharges Podcaster from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the making, producing, reproducing, processing, exhibiting, distributing, publishing, transmitting by any means or otherwise using the above-mentioned production.

De bovengenoemde gast stemt hierbij in met de opname en distributie van reproductie (s) van de stem en uitvoering van de gast als onderdeel van het mediaprogramma getiteld OWN YOUR STORY /BRAVE NEW HUMAN/BREAK A LEGY (werktitel) (hierna het "programma" genoemd).
+Gast erkent hierbij dat ianka fleerackers ('Podcaster') de enige eigenaar is van alle rechten op en op het Programma, en de opname (s) daarvan, voor alle doeleinden; en dat Podcaster het onbelemmerde recht heeft om, onder andere, het programma en de prestaties van de gast te gebruiken, te exploiteren en te verspreiden zoals daarin vervat, samen met de naam van de gast, sobriquet, biografische schets, foto of gelijkenis (inclusief, zonder beperking, foto's of ander materiaal dat door de producent aan de gast wordt verstrekt), in alle media of formaten, over de hele wereld, voor altijd. Alle materialen die zijn opgesteld tijdens de productie en distributie van het Programma ('Materialen') worden eigendom van Podcaster, en Podcaster heeft het enige en exclusieve recht om dergelijke Materialen over de hele wereld voor eeuwig te gebruiken, exploiteren en distribueren.
+Niets in deze Podcast-release voor gasten mag worden geïnterpreteerd als een verplichting voor Podcaster om de door Podcaster verleende of verkregen rechten te gebruiken of te exploiteren, of om het Programma of Materiaal op welke manier dan ook te maken, verkopen, licentiëren, distribueren of anderszins te exploiteren.
+Gast begrijpt en gaat ermee akkoord dat hij / zij geen vergoeding ontvangt voor optredens op en deelname aan het Programma.
+De naam, beeltenis en foto van de gast kunnen worden gebruikt in verband met het Programma en in advertentie- en promotiemateriaal voor het Programma.
+Gast geeft hierbij Podcaster vrij en ontslaat deze van alle aansprakelijkheid die voortvloeit uit of verband houdt met het maken, produceren, reproduceren, verwerken, vertonen, verspreiden, publiceren, verzenden op welke manier dan ook of anderszins met behulp van de bovengenoemde productie.
